Two main targets constitute the mission of the Spanish Aerospace Platform:

To elaborate the Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) and to watch the implementation of its objectives
To be an advisory body for public and private entities in aerospace matters

Furthermore, the Platform develops other activities, such as:

To elaborate and keep updated an inventory of technological infrastructures
To analyse the state-of-the-art of the technology priorities defined in the SRA
To issue bulletins with summaries of the Spanish presence in the various aerospace related European forums
To elaborate a strategy document of the Unmanned Aerial Systems, a growing activity in Spain
